Degree certificate translation in Singapore, certified and ready to notarise.
We translate and certify degree certificates, diplomas and graduation awards for overseas employment, professional licensing, graduate-school admission, credential evaluation and visa applications. Institution seals, signatures, degree classifications and honours are preserved so the reviewing body can verify the original against our translation. As a law firm with notaries public and commissioners for oaths in-house, we can also notarise the translation and arrange an apostille where the receiving body asks for one, without sending you elsewhere.
What we need
A clear scan of the certificate. If honours or classifications appear on the back or on an attached page, include those too so they translate as one bound set.
What you get
A certified PDF translation bearing our stamp and signature on each page, with the classification, degree type and conferring authority all carried across and equivalents noted where helpful. Printed copies couriered on request anywhere in Singapore.
Notarisation and apostille
Because we are a law firm, the certified translation can go straight to notarisation by our notary public and, for apostille countries, on to the Singapore Academy of Law. One firm handles the lot, so there is no second appointment.
Typical turnaround
Usually 2 to 3 working days for a standalone degree certificate. A degree and transcript together usually take 3 to 5 working days. Flag any deadline and we will prioritise where we can.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you notarise or apostille the translation as well?
- Yes. We are a law firm with notaries public in-house, so the certified translation can be notarised and, for apostille countries, apostilled through the Singapore Academy of Law in the same process. Tell us the receiving body and country and we will set it up correctly.
- Can you translate degrees from China, Korea, Japan or other Asian universities?
- Yes. We translate degree certificates from mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and most other origin countries. The translator working on your job is a native speaker of the source language with a background in academic documents.
- Will credential evaluators like WES or ECE accept your translation?
- Credential evaluators typically accept certified translations provided they are submitted alongside the original or a certified copy of the original. Our stamped PDF plus your certified copy of the original is the bundle they expect, and we can add notarisation if the evaluator specifically asks for it.
