Document · Academic transcript

Academic transcript translation in Singapore, certified page by page.

We translate full academic transcripts module by module and semester by semester, with grading tables and CGPA calculations preserved, then certify them for credential evaluation, overseas graduate-school admission, professional registration and immigration. As a law firm with notaries public and commissioners for oaths in-house, we can also notarise the translation and arrange an apostille where the receiving body requires one, so the whole bundle comes from one office.

What we need

A full scan of the transcript, all pages, and both sides if grading keys are printed on the back. If the transcript is sealed by the issuing institution, a clear photocopy with the seal visible is enough to begin.

What you get

A certified, stamped PDF laid out to follow your original page for page. Module codes and titles, credit hours, semester grades, grading-scale explanations and CGPA are all carried into English in a format credential evaluators recognise.

Notarisation and apostille

Because we are a law firm, the certified translation can go straight to notarisation by our notary public and, for apostille countries, on to the Singapore Academy of Law. One firm, one process, no separate notary visit.

Typical turnaround

Usually 3 to 5 working days for a standard undergraduate transcript of 6 to 10 pages. Longer postgraduate records or multiple transcripts are quoted with a firm timeline based on total word count.

Frequently asked questions

I need this for WES evaluation. What is the right process?
Order the certified translation from us, then submit our stamped PDF alongside your original sealed transcript to WES. Most applicants do this in parallel: we deliver the translation while the institution sends the original transcript separately. If the evaluator wants the translation notarised, we can arrange that here.
Does the translation preserve the grading scale and module codes?
Yes. Module codes, semester numbering, grading-scale keys (A to F, 1 to 10, and so on) and credit-hour totals are all translated so the evaluator can reconcile against your original. Where the source is in a non-Latin script, the English-side columns are copied across exactly as they appear.
Can you calculate GPA or convert the grading scale?
We translate what is in the original. Converting between grading scales, for example an Indian percentile to a US GPA, is the job of the credential evaluator rather than the translator, so the translation stays faithful to the source.
Can you notarise or apostille the transcript translation?
Yes. As a law firm with notaries public in-house, we can notarise the certified translation and, for apostille countries, send it for apostille through the Singapore Academy of Law. Tell us the destination and we will advise what is needed.
