- Yes, regularly. English to Simplified Chinese and English to Traditional Chinese translations of Singapore ACRA BizFiles are among our most common corporate jobs. We also translate mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia corporate documents into English for Singapore-side filings.
- Can you translate a whole incorporation pack or KYC bundle?
- Yes. We accept zipped bundles and quote by total word count. We can also prioritise specific documents, for example the BizFile and specimen signature page, if their filing deadlines fall earlier than the rest.
- Will the translation be accepted by overseas banks for KYC?
- Banks vary in what they accept. A certified translation from us is the baseline, and some banks ask for notarisation or an apostille on top. Because we are a law firm, we can arrange both here. Tell us which bank and in which jurisdiction and we will flag exactly what is required.
