Jeremy Cheong
Jeremy is a director of the law corporation with particular expertise in civil and commercial litigation, and international arbitration. Having previously worked in leading Singapore and international law firms, he has handled a broad range of disputes, including matters relating to construction, infrastructure, supply of goods, employment, defamation, medical negligence, and criminal defence. He believes in finding efficient and effective solutions to complex problems.
In relation to construction, infrastructure, engineering, and commercial disputes, he has extensive experience acting for large international contractors, companies and consultants in Singapore court litigation and security of payment adjudications. In international arbitrations Jeremy has handled disputes in the region such as Singapore and Malaysia, as well as in more distant jurisdictions such as India, China and Romania. He is equally at ease advising the management on the broad litigation strategy, as well as working on technical issues with experts and site staff.
